The Eternal Struggle

I'm back in the studio! yay! I'm feeling very creative today and I've been able to get a lot done. I went to the gym this morning and had a great workout and I think this got my creative juices flowing again...of course it helped that my little Leo had a long nap :-)

But I have a question...Does anyone else fight with their sewing machine as much as I do?!? I have to admit that my machine (I've named Paige :-)) is over 10 years old....and I only spent$125 for it...but I'm not asking it to do much more that stitch straight, nothing fancy. I've grown attached to Paige but, sadly, I'm thinking I need to replace her. But will this really help or is this an eternal struggle?....hmm

You are not alone with your fight against the machine. I have had my machine since Jan of 2005 and have had struggles on and off. Just this last week it has been better. So I wish you well with your machine. I also have a business of handcrafted baby products. I was curious to check your out.

I'm glad I'm not alone...sometimes just a little thing..the easiest thing can take so long with my machine. but I guess there'd be no challenge if it were easy...anywho, i'm saving up for a new one...if business keeps up i'll get one soon.

What kind of baby products do you make? Do you sell on etsy?

I always find that fighting with the machine just means that it needs some tender loving care. (I take mine to be serviced!)

Thanks! I think she really does need some care...i'm just afraid they'll find something really expensive to fix :-)...she deserves a break though...she's worked really hard
